This is a different don't have to install this file.Just download the file and extract the zip file then right click on the dexstop ant click on properties
Then in the theme section select browse
Now go to
C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
Here you will find the file name Desatch
Select the file and open it then enjoy the theme
